As a qualified person-centred counsellor I believe in a
humanistic approach that deals with the way a person
sees themselves andI do this in an empathic, honest
and non-judgemental way, by putting you at the heart
of your world.
I have extensive experience of working with bereavement/grief and traumatic bereavement, as well as working with other wide ranging issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low confidence, trauma and work related issues.
I believe that how we see and relate to ourselves is important. I see the work I do as helping people to learn more about themselves and discover their potential. We all have this potential and ability to change and grow when we have the right foundations to explore. I am person centred and believe you are the expert in your own world.
First Counselling Session
Our first session will begin with the building of trust. It can be the start of a working relationship in which personal growth can develop. During this first session we will work together to explore your path forward.
